Elizabeth (Liz) Rodwell received her Ph.D. in Anthropology with a focus on science and technology (STS). She is Assistant Professor of Digital Media at the University of Houston and founding director of the University of Houston User Experience Lab. Her work has been funded by sources like the National Science Foundation, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, and Social Science Research Council. Professor Rodwell serves as the Executive Director of the Houston branch of UXPA - the User Experience Professionals Association. Her new book is: Push the Button: Interactive Television and Collaborative Journalism in Japan.
