COURSE CANCELLATION
Cancellation by registrant
To cancel a registration and be eligible for a refund, you must notify BTECHCERT1 [at] uh.edu (BTECHCERT1[at]uh[dot]edu). Fees will be refunded according to the following schedule:
- 100% refund – If notification is received at least 10 business days before course start date
- 75% refund – If notification is received 6-9 business days before course start date
- No refund - If notice is received 5 or fewer business days before course start date
Course Cancellation
BTECHCERT retains the right to cancel the course no less than 10 business days in advance of the scheduled course start date. Registrants will be notified by BTECHCERT if a course is cancelled and will receive a full refund of registration fees. Please note that BTECHCERT will not be responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to cancellation.
Pre-course communication
Upon successful registration for the course, you will receive an email from BTECHCERT1 [at] uh.edu (BTECHCERT1[at]uh[dot]edu) confirming your registration and a detailed schedule of activities. If you do not receive an email within three business days of registering for a course, please email BTECHCERT1 [at] uh.edu (BTECHCERT1[at]uh[dot]edu) to check your registration.
Once registered, course participants will receive an email approximately three weeks before the scheduled course with detailed information regarding travel to UHSL-Brazos Hall, parking information, and a short pre-course questionnaire.
