- We do not have minimum test scores. Test scores must be official and no more than five years old. The average score of an accepted applicant:

- TOEFL scores must be no more than two years old;
- TOEFL requirements are 79 iBT or 550 for the paper based;
- In place of the TOEFL students may submit IELTS scores. The minimum IETLS score is 6.5.

- Department codes are not required to submit your GRE and/or TOEFL score. If you cannot submit your scores without a department code, please mark N/A or Other.
- What is the minimum GPA requirement?
- Applicants must have earned a bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by one of the six regional accrediting associations with a 3.0 (A=4.00) or higher cumulative GPA.
- Applicants may be conditionally admitted with a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a grade point average of 2.75 to 2.99 in a 4.0 scale on the most recent 60 semester hours of undergraduate course work.
- What are the bachelor education requirements to apply?
Program Bachelor education requirements to apply Construction Management Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. Experienced professionals without a related degree, but with at least two years of related experience may also apply. Students without a related bachelors degree or at least two years of professional related experience may need to take additional undergraduate leveling courses. Engineering Technology - Mechanical Engineering Technology track The majority of applicants that successfully complete this track hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Bio-Engineering/Materials/Systems Engineering or Engineering Technology. Applicants with other relevant degrees such as Physics and Mathematics may be required to take background leveling courses. Engineering Technology - Network Communications track The majority of applicants that successfully complete this track hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical/Aeronautical/Chemical/Systems Engineering or Engineering Technology as well as Business Management's Management Information Systems Programs. Engineering Technology - Biotechnology track The majority of applicants that successfully complete this track hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biochemistry/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Computer Sciences and related disciplines. Foresight All undergraduate degrees are relevant and applicable to the FSC field. Global Retailing All undergraduate degrees are relevant and applicable to the GR field. Human Resource Development All undergraduate degrees are relevant and applicable to the HRD field. Information System Security Bachelor of Science degree in a computing discipline, such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, electrical & Computing Engineering Supply Chain and Logistics Technology Bachelor of Science degree in a supply chain, logistics, transportation, international commerce, industrial distribution, or related discipline Technology Project Management Bachelor of Science degree in a discipline related to the Directed Study Area in which they will specialize during the TPM program - I have applied, when can I expect an admission decision?
- We want to partner with you for smooth and efficient application processing. The earlier you submit all of your application materials, the earlier you will receive an admission decision. Application Timeline:

- The earlier you submit your application and all supporting documents, the earlier you will receive an admission decision. We continually review applications through the year.
- What is the difference between conditional and unconditional admission?
- All applicants are required to submit the same application materials. Conditional and unconditional refers to how the admission committee has admitted a student. Conditionally admitted students are required to maintain a 3.0 GPA within the first 12 credit hours of study in addition to any other items identified on a case by case basis. International students may not be conditionally admitted.
- How long will it take to complete a Master's degree?
- Graduate programs in the CCE Technology Division are designed to be completed in two years attending full time. Students may also attend part time, however the program will take longer to complete.
- I would like to accept the admission decision, but I want to attend in a future semester. What are the steps to defer admission?
- Timeline
- Admission applications submitted to the college will be considered for up to one year. This means if you apply in the fall, your application will remain active fall and spring. If you wish to be considered for the following fall you will need to reapply. The timeline is based on application submission term.

- Once an admission decision has been made, an application cannot be deferred. Applicants will need to re-submit an application, application fee and follow up. Supporting documents can be reused for up to one year.

- Considerations:
- Credit can be no more than 5 years old at the time you will be completing your degree.
- Only courses with a grade of B or better will be considered.
- A maximum of 9 approved graduate credits may be transferred.
- An official transcript from the institution where the requested credit was earned indicating a completed grade must be on file.
- To request transfer credit from an external institution, please complete a Graduate Petition: (one for each course you wish to transfer)

- I am interested in taking a Special Problems course, what do I need to do?
- Special Problems courses are for-credit courses that involve independent study on the part of a student, guided by a faculty member in the CCE Technology Division. Such courses require that the student discuss the possibility of undertaking this work thoroughly with the prospective instructor well in advance of the semester in which the project/paper is to be done. The student should approach the instructor with a topic and research method already in mind, in writing, with the understanding that the instructor has the option to decline participation

- The university no longer requires continuous enrollment fall and spring semesters for graduate students. However, if you are not enrolled for a period of 13 months or longer, when you return, you will need to request to be reinstated and you will need to move to a new degree plan, if applicable.
- Even with an approved LOA, you are required to complete the program within five years. Five years is counted from the first course you took that will count toward program completion.
- Please note that this policy describes the academic policy; visa restrictions may prohibit students from an LOA.
- I am ready to return after a leave of absence (LOA), what do I need to do?
- If you have been on an LOA for less than 13 months, you may register on-line for classes and resume your study.
- If you have been on an LOA for 13 or more months, you will need to:
- Complete a Graduate Petition:

- Identify additional information you would like considered in reference to your request including, but not limited to, your reason for the LOA as well as your interest in returning.

- Be enrolled in the semester you have applied to graduate. Completing an "I" grade does not count as current enrollment.
- I am an International student on an F-1 visa, can I attend part time in my final semester?
- Student may request an RCL. The student must:
- Submit an RCL form
- Students may not route RCL forms themselves. RCL forms must be submitted to a Graduate Advisor in the ASC for routing.
- Apply to graduate online through PeopleSoft
- Important notes:
- RCL requests will not be processed without an active application to graduate
- Allow six weeks for RCL processing
- The CCE Technology Division does not approve 2nd RCL requests without an approved Graduate Petition. Criteria for an approved petition include one of two scenarios: 1. Circumstances beyond your control (i.e. hurricane, cancer) or 2. Award winning, exceptional research.
