Lead with A Change Mindset: Accelerate Your Visibility and Impact

The Executive Master’s in Human Resource Development is a unique experience that blends generative and planned learning. Faculty use experiential strategies to develop participants who can lead strategic learning and change in their organizations. The participants and their work are the core analysis units, leading to a language shift and immediate workplace application. Participants leverage learning and change theories, frameworks, tools, and techniques to help organizations achieve their goals and objectives.

The Executive Human Resource Development program is designed for emerging leaders regardless of academic or professional background. The program also partners with companies on customizing programs for mid and senior-level leaders. Please see our Advisory Board listing.

Accelerated One Year Format. Students begin the program in the fall and are enrolled for three semesters, one of which is a summer term.
