Once you have attended an on campus orientation meeting, you need to contact the location of your choice directly to arrange for your volunteer interview, paperwork, and scheduling. Please remember that before you do this, you need to attend an on campus orientation and fill out all of the necessary paperwork (the School or Hospital Indemnification Forms and the Join Now Form). Please Note: Schools and Hospitals require a criminal background check that can take several weeks for processing. Following is a list of hospitals and schools with current CFK volunteers. If you have a hospital or school you want to volunteer at that is not on the list, please contact Dr. Evans or Ms. Lois Nichols to arrange it.
