Perhaps one of the most rewarding aspects of providing the college experience is recognizing Cougars who have used their time at the University of Houston, their talents and their skills to positively affect our community.  Case in point, the 5th annual Cougar 100 Awards Luncheon, an event to recognize and celebrate the fastest growing UH Cougar owned and led businesses was held on October 30 at the Bayou City Event Center. The College of Technology is proud to claim six of these exceptional Cougars. The honored alumni are as follows: #3 - Irsan H. Tisnabudi, Aria Services, Inc., ‘97; #58 - Sinue Mendoza, Mendoza Fresh Produce, ‘08; #71 - William Vespe, BCS ProSoft, LLC, ‘16; #72 – Brian Royo, No Label Brewing Co., ‘06; and #79 - Joseph Dorsey and Hernan Morales; Triad Retail Construction, Inc.,’94.

Qualifying businesses must be owned or operated by a UH alumnus or alumna, and must submit financial materials and an application as supporting documentation.
