Margaret Kidd, instructional assistant professor, supply chain and logistics technology earned the Savvy Sister Award, which honors a woman who has made a significant career change, interesting business maneuver or an innovative change to her workplace. The HER Awards program, sponsored by Houston Woman Magazine, is designed to recognize Houston women who inspire those around them and serve as excellent role models for others in our community. The award was presented during a luncheon at the Junior League of Houston, August 23.
