2015 Gutenberg Dinner Honors Women in Print

UH celebrates with digital media advisory board member Debbi Briggs

Honoring Women in PrintThe Printing Museum's 2015 Gutenberg Dinner held on October 7 at the Houston Country Club proved to be a special evening with Dr. Renu Khator, UH System Chancellor and President of the University of Houston, as the keynote speaker. Honorees included, Debbi Briggs, founder and president and CEO of ImageSet, and Dorris Ellis, founder and publisher of the Houston Sun. Briggs is an avid supporter, advisory board member, and frequent host to students in the UH digital media program.

Past recipients of the honor have included former President George H.W. Bush and Mrs. Bush, James Baker, III, F.C. "Bud" Hadfield, Dick Johnson and, most recently, Julie and Andy Plata.
