Technology Alumni Rank Among Inaugural Cougar 100

A new program that acknowledges and celebrates the successes of University of Houston Cougar owned and Cougar led businesses, Cougar 100 will recognize four College of Technology alumni who will be listed among the top companies.

The honorees include Joseph Dorsey, Triad Retail Construction, Inc. (B.S., Mapping Technology/Construction Management ’94); Jose Lara, JR2 Energy Services, Inc. (B.S., Electrical Power Engineering Technology ’84); CV Rao, TechOne Centre, (B.S., Technology ’86); and Keith Steffek, S&V Surveying, Inc. (B.S., Civil Engineering Technology ’72).

The most outstanding businesses owned or led by high achieving UH alumni will be recognized during the Cougar 100 Awards luncheon, Thursday, November 6, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, at the Bayou City Event Center. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet, congratulate and hear from owners and business leaders from all 100 recognized companies.

The entire listing of the 100 Cougar owned businesses will be featured in the Houston Business Journal, November 8, 2014.
