The University of Houston College of Technology’s Associate Professor of Human Development and Consumer Sciences, Dr. Holly Hutchins has won the Best Paper in Track Award by the 2014 Southern Management Association. The track, which is one of several topical areas to submit a paper, was the Human Resources/Research Methods Track. The paper titled "The Interplay of Trainer Style and Learner Goal Orientation on Training Outcomes" was selected out of more than 550 submissions. Dr. Hutchins will receive a plaque at the upcoming SMA Conference. SMA 2014 will be held in Savannah, GA, November 11-15, 2014.
