The University of Houston’s student chapter of Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) has been awarded the 2013-2014 Student Chapter Outstanding Performance Award (SCOPA). For a school to receive this award, they must demonstrate outstanding accomplishments in areas of education, public relations, membership, chapter meetings and association participation. This will be the second time that the UH student chapter has been awarded the SCOPA in the last four years.
