The College of Technology at the University of Houston (UH) is proud to announce that Halliburton will present the "Petroleum Industry Expert Series" on Wednesday, April 25th from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at the Hilton - University of Houston.
"The College of Technology is excited to announce that the distinguished guest speaker for the evening is Cheryl R. Collarini, P.E., Chairman, Collarini Energy Staffing, Inc.," said Jack Christiansen, Director of the Petroleum Technology Initiative, UH. "Collarini will share her insight and in-depth knowledge about the oil and gas job market, as well as, how students can best prepare for a successful career in the industry."
"The 'Petroleum Industry Experts Series' enables UH students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners to hear about current issues and new technologies directly from engaging presenters from the energy industry," explained Christiansen. "Reflecting the diverse academic backgrounds found in the petroleum industry, the lectures are directed to an audience of students from the College of Technology, the Cullen College of Engineering, and the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, along with UH faculty and industry partners."
