The first-ever Technology Philanthropy Awards was held last month to celebrate the spirit of giving in the College. Recognized at the event were members of the Dean's Leadership Society, individuals or couples making a contribution of $1,000 or greater to the College in the 2010-2011 year.
Also honored were donors to named scholarship funds and the recipients of COT scholarships. Attendees heard from Samuel Holmes, a senior majoring in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology, about the impact of his scholarship on the educational experience; and Dean's Advisory Board Chairman Kim Bruder Clarke ('81), a senior executive at Key Energy who shared the importance of giving back to her college.
