Kovach Awarded for the Advancement of Lean Six Sigma

Jamison V. Kovach

Jamison V. Kovach, professor of Technology Project Management and director of the Lean Six Sigma Professional Training Program, has received the Six Sigma Forum Award for the Advancement of Six Sigma.

The award recognizes outstanding achievements, efforts and contributions from quality professionals that continue the expansion and use of Six Sigma to drive breakthrough improvements. Award recipients have a minimum of five years’ experience as a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, or as a trained Six Sigma Executive/ Champion or Belt.

Elected and ASQ Fellow in 2019, Kovach has a professional record spanning 20 years of accomplishments in Six Sigma and driving continuous improvement. 

The award was presented to her at the ASQ Lean & Six Sigma Conference, February 23-25 in Phoenix, Arizona.
