Please use this form to register for one of the Online, Self-paced Lean Six Sigma courses.
All online, self-paced courses are offered three times per year. The deadlines to register are January 5th, May 1st, and August 10th of each year. Late registrations cannot be accepted. Any registrations received after these deadlines will be held, and the participants enrolled in the next available course.
Within 2 weeks following the registration deadline, you’ll receive an email at the address provided during registration with instructions for joining the online course.
